Description
Longarm 101
10:30am - 2:30pm
Want to rent the Handi Quilter Longarm but don't know how to use it?
Take this class before you ever step up to the machine. This class will prepare you to do free-motion quilting on your quilt.
You will also learn to operate the machine safely and to get a feel for how it works.
Get tips and tricks on how to load your quilt onto the machine and other valuable "how-to" information.
***This class is required prior to renting the machine. It is important to start renting the machine and quilting within one month of the class to retain what you learn. If you do not use your free day of rental within 30 days, you will need to take a refresher class to brush up on how to use the machine. Please book your rental day at the same time you sign up for the class. Call 425-533-2566 to book your time slot.***
The price includes Longarm 101 (a four-hour, hands-on class), up to six hours (one day) of Handi Quilter rental (must be completed within 30 days), and the starter kit* of supplies you will need to use the machine. This is a great deal, and you are saving money over purchasing everything separately.
*The starter kit includes a bobbin case, three bobbins, a package of needles, and the leaders and special pins needed to quickly load your quilt on the Handi Quilter (HQ) machine. You will also receive 15% off the purchase of other recommended supplies if you purchase any of them within the first thirty days of attending class. Scroll down to see the picture of the starter kit.
