We’re excited to have you join us! Here’s some helpful information to make your experience smooth and enjoyable.
Class Scheduling & Unforeseen Events
Sometimes, life throws us a curveball—like a teacher feeling under the weather or a surprise power outage. If we ever need to reschedule a class, we’ll reach out to you as soon as possible and work together to find a make-up date that fits your schedule.
Age Guidelines
Most of our classes are designed for participants aged 16 and up. If you have questions about age requirements, just ask—we’re happy to help!
Class Registration & Minimums
Each class has a minimum number of participants. If a class doesn’t meet this minimum, we’ll let you know at least 7 days in advance. If we need to cancel, you’ll have options: a full refund, store credit, or a spot in another class.
Health & Wellness
Your well-being matters to us! Masks are welcome but not required. Please avoid wearing perfume, as some folks are sensitive to scents. If you’re feeling sick, please stay home—we’ll help you reschedule or offer store credit if you let us know outside the 7-day withdrawal window.
Cancellation & Refunds
Life happens! If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 7 days before your class for a possible refund. If you withdraw less than 7 days before or don’t attend, the registration fee is forfeited. For details, check the class page or reach out—we’re here to help!
Registration & Payment
Spaces fill up quickly, so full payment is required to reserve your spot. You can register in person, online, or by phone at 425-533-2566.
Supplies & Preparation
Unless noted, you’ll need to bring your own sewing machine, tools, and supplies. Please review the class description for prerequisites and materials. If you’re unsure, just ask—we love helping you find the perfect fit!
