Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please allow 3-7 days for online machine order processing. Availability may vary. In-stock machines ship out next day. Please contact us for details.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer domestic flat rate shipping based on order total. Shipping is free if your order is over $150.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and typically ready for pickup within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Some pickup waiting times may vary depending on the product purchased. We will send you an email when your order is ready.

Our in-store pickup is available during our regular store hours.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
