About This Class

Cables look impressive, but at their core they’re simply stitches worked out of order to create texture. In this beginner‑friendly workshop, you’ll learn how basic cables form, how to read simple cable instructions, and how to work a few foundational cable techniques while creating a mug‑cozy sampler.

This class focuses on the fundamentals of cable knitting in a relaxed, approachable format.

• Working simple left‑ and right‑leaning cables
• Creating a small mug‑cozy sampler

• 20 grams of DK‑weight yarn
• US 6, 16" circular knitting needles
• 5 stitch markers

Help us keep this class on the calendar!
This class needs a minimum of 4 students to run. If we’re below that number one week before class, the session may be cancelled. Early registration makes a big difference.
