Instructor
Karen Fuchs
Karen hails from the Sunflower State, where her childhood babysitter first taught her to sew at just seven years old. She quickly fell in love with making her own clothes — a passion that carried her through college and into adulthood, eventually leading her into quilting and machine embroidery.
A retired educator of 30 years, Karen brings her natural gift for teaching into every workshop she leads. She’s continually exploring new sewing techniques, sharing her knowledge in classes, and creating handmade memories with her granddaughters. Her warm, encouraging style makes every student feel capable, supported, and inspired.
