About This Class

Join Certified Quiltworx Instructor Carin Brimley for a four‑day deep dive into the stunning Rainforest Blossoms quilt. This 68" project combines foundation paper piecing and applique, and Carin will guide you through every step with clarity, patience, and expertise.

You’ll also receive a free Zoom color consultation with Carin to help you plan your fabric choices and color layout. Details are included in the supply list.

• Foundation paper piecing techniques for accuracy and confidence
• Applique methods for clean, beautiful results
• Block layout options — flip your baskets in or out for a totally different look
• Color planning and fabric placement strategies

Help us keep this class on the calendar!
This class requires a minimum of 6 students to run. If we’re below that number one week before class, the session may be cancelled. Early registration makes a big difference.

Carin Brimley — Certified Quiltworx Instructor
Carin has been sewing since childhood, starting with doll clothes and eventually creating garments—including her own wedding dress. She began quilting in her late 20s and fell in love with foundation paper piecing for its precision and accuracy. Since 2019, she has taught Quiltworx classes and is known for her vibrant personality, patience, and supportive teaching style. Students appreciate her humor, clear instruction, and deep passion for the Quiltworx community.
