About This Sew‑Along
Join fellow Karma Court subscribers for a fun, supportive monthly sew‑along dedicated to stitching through the current row together. Whether you're just getting started or putting the finishing touches on your blocks, this is the perfect place to sew in community.
Kim Andersen will kick things off with a helpful demo, then offer hands‑on guidance, troubleshooting, and encouragement throughout the session. Bring your sewing machine, your Karma Court project, and enjoy a full day of creativity and camaraderie.

- Step‑by‑step guidance for the current Karma Court row
- Tips for accurate cutting, piecing, and pressing
- Block construction support and troubleshooting
- Help interpreting pattern instructions
- Community sewing, sharing, and encouragement
Requirements
You must be a registered Karma Court subscriber to attend this sew‑along.
What to Bring
- Your sewing machine (with power cord and foot control)
- Your current Karma Court project
- Pattern instructions and any needed templates
- Fabric, thread, and project materials
- General sewing supplies (rotary cutter, rulers, pins, marking tools, etc.)
Class Policies & Helpful Notes
Timing may vary slightly depending on student needs.
Class Cancellation Policy: To receive a refund or credit for a class, cancellation must occur 7 days prior to class date.
Help us keep this class on the calendar!
This sew‑along requires a minimum of 5 students to run. If we’re below that number one week before class, the session may be cancelled. Early registration makes a big difference.
Instructor
Kim Andersen
Kim has been part of the Quilting Mayhem family for several years and is passionate about quilting. Foundation Paper Piecing is one of her favorite techniques, and she teaches multiple FPP classes at QM. Kim has an approachable, friendly manner and loves encouraging and supporting students with their quilting, binding, sewing, EPP, and FPP projects.
