About This Class

The Curvy Log Cabin quilt blends one of the most iconic traditional quilt blocks with smooth, modern curves. This design strikes a beautiful balance between classic patchwork and curved piecing, creating open areas perfect for quilting and a dynamic mix of textures and color movement.

Using Sew Kind of Wonderful’s easy curved‑piecing technique, you’ll learn how to achieve the signature Curvy Log Cabin look with no pinning, no centering, and no snipping — just cut, sew, and square up. The process is approachable, relaxing, and surprisingly fast once you learn the rhythm.

This workshop uses the Curvy Log Cabin pattern along with the Quick Curve Ruler™ and Sew Square 8™, so you can create smooth curves and beautifully accurate blocks in any color palette you love.
