Junior has all the same talents as Cozy's original Strip Tube Ruler but in a smaller, more convenient size. Perfect for making blocks 6-1/2in or smaller. Perfect for the strip tube technique- and wonderful for squaring up any blocks that have a diagonal seam with just one cut!
