Beginning Sewing Bootcamp is a two‑day, hands‑on workshop designed for absolute beginners.
You’ll learn the fundamentals of your sewing machine and complete three confidence‑building projects:
an infinity scarf, a reading pillow, and a lined book bag.
What You’ll Learn
Day One:
How to thread your machine and adjust tension
Understanding presser feet and basic machine functions
Introduction to essential sewing tools
Complete your first project
Day Two:
More tips and tricks to build your confidence
Complete two additional projects
Skill Level
Beginner. This class is designed for the absolute beginner sewist. All machine brands are welcome.

Enrollment Notes
This class requires a minimum of 5 students. If we don’t reach our minimum one week prior, the class may be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy: To receive a refund or credit, cancellations must occur at least 7 days before the class date.
Instructor
Signe Jackson
Sewing and quilting have been part of Signe’s life since grade school. She was sewing much of her own wardrobe by junior high and made her first quilts in college. Today, she still loves sharing her passion for sewing and quilting with new makers.
