Tips and Tricks for Working with Cuddle

Cuddle fabric is beautiful, soft, lush, warm and comforting. It is also messy when cutting, wiggly, stretchy – it is a knit, after all! And for most of us, it can be intimidating.

Come join us, along with our own Shannon Cuddle teacher, Mary, as we learn the “Tips & Tricks for Working with Cuddle.”

We will begin class with an intro to Cuddle -- what it is, what makes it different, how to work with and care for it, and examples of projects that can be made with it.

Then we will use a kit (provided in class) to make a small Self-Binding Blanket. We will be able to work our way through the basic steps of working with Cuddle and everyone will finish their small sample.

You will then begin working on a Self-Binding Blanket in the fabric of your choice, based on the supply list provided. You may also wait until you have completed your small sample and choose your personal fabrics during class.

Mary will bring her personal trunk show of projects to give you ideas of just how fun and versatile Cuddle can be!
