Tucker University Tag-Along - Blocks 13-24
Join Terri and learn more about all the Tucker Trimmer Tools.
This is a great class if you want to learn how to use tools to improve your piecing, cutting, and trimming skills. Perfect for next-step beginners and those who want to take their skills up a notch or two. Or if you just love rulers!
This series (starting in March but join in anytime!) will focus on blocks 13 through 24 from Tucker University (see quilt pattern shown here). You will receive patterns and instructions for three blocks each month during class.
Terri says these classes will expand your knowledge and techniques for making more complicated blocks. Whether you're a next-level newbie or a skilled stitcher, there's something for everyone in this class!
Her classes focus on using the Deb Tucker Rulers from Studio 180.
She will show you how to make three different blocks each month (patterns provided) and by the end of the four-part series, you will have enough blocks to sash and make a quilt!
But if you can't make it to all of the classes in the series--no worries. You can sign up for individual classes too.
This series will feature several Studio 180 rulers: Tucker Trimmer 1, Tucker Trimmer 3, Rapid Fire Lemoyne Star, Wing Clipper, Square Squared, V Block, and Corner Beam. See the list below to determine which classes need which rulers.
You may choose to simply cut your fabric during each class for the three blocks demo-ed, or you can bring your machine and sew as well.
Will you choose to make the blocks scrappy? Or use the bundle that Terri used in her version of the quilt? (See picture below.) Terri works Sundays, Mondays, and Fridays if you want to come in and have her cut the same fabric.
These classes will meet on the fourth Sunday of the month from March through June 2024.

Class Cancellation Policy: To receive a refund or credit for a class, cancellation must occur 5 days prior to class date.
Don't let this class get canceled! We have a minimum student requirement of 5 students per class. If this isn't met one week prior to the start of class, the class may be canceled.
March 24 class will showcase blocks 13, 14, and 15. It will feature the Tucker Trimmer 1, Tucker Trimmer 3, Rapid Fire Lemoyne Star, Wing Clipper, Square Squared, and V Block.
April 28 class will showcase blocks 16, 17, and 18. It will feature the Tucker Trimmer 1, Wing Clipper, and Rapid Fire Lemoyne Star.
May 26 class will showcase blocks 19, 20, and 21. It will feature the Tucker Trimmer 1, Rapid Fire Lemoyne Star, and Wing Clipper.
June 23 class will feature the Tucker Trimmer 1, V Block, Rapid Fire Lemoyne Star, and Corner Beam.
