Barn Quilt Painting
Barn Quilt Painting is a popular, lively six-hour class with guided instruction which will take you through the process of barn quilt painting from beginning to completion. You will choose a quilt pattern from more than three dozen offered, or you may bring a favorite (instructor will evaluate the difficulty). You will leave with your own masterpiece, ready for hanging and possibly the inspiration to participate in a Barn Quilt Trail in your neighborhood.
Students pay a kit fee cost of $75 to the instructor on the day of the event. The kit includes 2’x2’ pre-cut and pre-primed wood, 4 stainless steel mounting screws, approx. 90 different paint colors to choose from, 3-4 dozen patterns to choose from, or students may bring a favorite (Instructor will evaluate whether the block can be completed in class), brushes, painters tape, hair dryers, and all tools necessary for class.
