"It was ten days until Christmas and all through the house not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse…because the lady and her machine were away for a night of Mayhem!"
Instead of 14 short hours like our typical overnighter, we’re making this month’s event a Merry Mayhem Marathon with an extra emphasis on the Merry and Mayhem!
We will be here for 20 hours! Starting at 10:00 am Saturday and sewing through 6:00 am on Sunday! It’s okay if you can’t stay the entire time. You will be welcome to come and go as you please.
What to bring:
Your sewing projects, machine, and supplies.
Wrapped white elephant gift $10 value (optional)
Please bring your own food and beverages. Due to Covid restrictions, we will not have a buffet or share food.
Please unload your belongings and then park on the street. We will move our vehicles closer after the shop closes at 4:00 pm.
You are welcome to come and go anytime, but after 4:00 pm the doors will be locked. You will need to make sure the doors lock behind you for the safety of others, and you will be given the hostess's cell phone number to be let back in.
Each table bay has power strips for the tables. We cannot add extension cords to these power strips--each of your items must be plugged in directly. Each power strip generally allows for three outlets per person at each table bay.
For the comfort of everyone, please do not wear perfume or fragrances. We regularly have students/attendees who are allergic or sensitive.
Due to Covid restrictions, masks will need to be worn at all times. You will need to eat in the lunchroom and not at your seat. We have the room set up for proper social distancing. Thanks for your understanding! We want to keep everyone safe.
Note: Your safety is our priority and is taken seriously. When you register for any class, you acknowledge that you are agreeing to Quilting Mayhem’s rules in regards to COVID-19 safety precautions, which includes agreeing to wear a medical grade or cloth face mask that entirely covers both nose and mouth, to wash your hands upon entry, and to socially distance at all times a minimum of six feet from other people. When registering for any class/club/event, you also acknowledge the COVID-19-related risks associated and/or involved with indoor gatherings, and you hereby assume any and all risks related to and/or associated with the planned indoor gathering at Quilting Mayhem, including, without limitation, being exposed to COVID-19 and/or becoming infected with COVID-19. You release and hold harmless Quilting Mayhem, and its owners, officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims, actions, and/or damages. Anyone found not following Quilting Mayhem rules will be asked to leave without refund of class fees.
