Our Return/Refund Policy:
We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase and we are committed to your satisfaction!
* 5 Day Class Refund Policy: Your place in the class can be held as soon as we have received your payment for the class. Class fees are refundable up to 5 days before the class is scheduled. After that time there are no refunds, sorry there are no exceptions to this policy. We do understand that sometimes circumstances do not allow a student to give sufficient notice to obtain a refund, if this happens be sure and give us a call, we sometimes have a waiting list for classes and perhaps we can find someone who will take your place so that we can return your class fee. If the class does not meet minimum enrollment 5 days before the class is scheduled then you will be notified and a refund will be issued to you.
*We are happy to replace any defective or incorrect item.
*Returned items should be in original packaging and in re-sellable condition (i.e., odor-free, no use of any kind,
unwashed) and returned within 14 days.
*Due to certain copyright laws, patterns, books and magazines can not be returned, no exceptions.
*Any cancellation of orders, provided that they have not been shipped, must be in writing via email or call the shop at 425-533-2566.
*All Sales from our Clearance Categories and all Special Orders are FINAL.
